CocoBella Training Academy was founded by twin sisters Laura and Victoria, who combine extensive hair extension expertise with professional course design, branding and digital education to deliver high-quality, industry-led training.

Laura is the owner of the multi-award-winning CocoBella Hair Extensions and has specialised exclusively in professional hair extensions since 2012. With more than a decade of hands-on salon experience, she brings practical knowledge of fitting, cutting, blending, maintenance, client consultations and running a successful hair extension business to every course.

Today, CocoBella Training Academy combines Laura’s real-world salon and hair extension experience with Victoria’s strengths in design, digital learning and business development. Their shared aim is to provide a high standard of professional hair extension education, giving students the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to deliver safe, high-quality services and build successful careers within the industry.

MEET LAURA

Hair Extension Specialist and Trainer

Committed to continuous professional development, Laura has completed advanced cutting courses, trained in new hair extension methods and returned to college to qualify as a hairdresser, further expanding her knowledge of hair and the wider industry.

She is also currently studying towards a Level 4 Certificate in Trichology with TrichoCare, strengthening her understanding of hair loss, scalp health and the importance of safe, responsible hair extension application.

MEET VICTORIA

Design & Digital Marketing Trainer

Victoria is an experienced designer and digital marketer who has worked with salon owners across branding, social media marketing, website design and business development.

Her expertise ensures that CocoBella’s training is not only informative, but also professionally designed, clearly structured and easy for students to follow.

After Laura completed her Level 3 Award in Education and Training, the sisters spent two years carefully developing CocoBella Training Academy.

Together, they created comprehensive online theory, detailed printed training manuals and practical learning resources designed to support students throughout their training and beyond.
