As we grant instant access to the online learning platform we are unable to offer refunds on our course sales. 

IN-PERSON TRAINING RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand life does not always go to plan and want to support you should you need to reschedule your in-person training. 

To allow us to run our in-person courses/masterclasses efficiently we require a minimum of 14 days' notice to reschedule the date. You can still reschedule within the 14 days however there will be a rebooking fee applicable to secure another date. If you have any questions, reach out to us via email and we’ll assist you the best we can. 

COURSE ACCREDITATION
Our hair extension’s courses are accredited by ABT - Find our listing HERE

It's essential to study an accredited course to ensure the course you are studying meets industry standards. Studying an industry-accredited course will allow you to obtain insurance to work as a Hair Extension Specialist and being insured protects you and your clients.

We sincerely hope you never feel disappointed or let down by our training and service as a training academy. If however, you are unhappy please email us and we will work with you to come to a resolution as soon as possible.

LIFETIME COURSE ACCESS - IMPORTANT NOTE

We commit to ensure as a student of CocoBella Training Academy Ltd that you will be granted access to our online learning platform indefinitely. Should the business cease trading we will no longer manage or host the online learning platform and therefor access will be redundant. Should the business change ownership, we cannot guarantee that the new owners will continue to maintain or host the exisitng online learning platform and therefor continue granting you access to the materials.
