Laura is the queen of hair extensions, not only fitting it but sharing her expertise and knowledge to make the ultimate training course. I had previously been on hair extension courses and was hesitant about booking another, however after following cocobella academy and what they were able to provide it was a no brainier to book, and thank god I did! Laura and her team make you feel so welcome, and her little doggies were icing on the cake too.
Every detail of the day was well planned and above all my expectations. To the theory training, hands on with practical work - like no other I’ve had previously, down to the best coffee and lunch that was provided. Laura makes you feel so comfortable and no question was a stupid one.
One detail I will never forget was when I arrived Laura had said, ‘the course finished at 5pm on paper, but we don’t need to leave here today until you are confident in what you are doing’. As someone who previously went on courses who the trainer is counting down the minutes to get you out by 2pm this was so reassuring and took the pressure off me to learn a skill within a certain time.
I can’t thank Laura enough for the support she’s given me from the course till now (2 years on!) any question I had about complex clients she didn’t hesitate to messaging me back but also just gave me her number to chat through my questions and provided the best support. It’s not often you come across women who support women in this industry, but Laura has been my biggest supporter!
