ABOUT Us
CocoBella Academy was founded by sisters Laura and Victoria. We offer a mix of online and in-person training in Hair Extensions, Social Media Marketing and Business. Our training centre is based in Clydebank just 20 minutes drive from Glasgow City Centre and In-Person training is scheduled two months in advance and delivered on Mondays.
All our Hair Extension courses have been designed by Laura – who is a multi-award winning hair extensionist with over 9 years of experience exclusively fitting hair extensions. She is a qualified hairdresser and obtained the Level 3 in Education Training qualification to ensure all the courses delivered by CocoBella Training Academy meet the highest standards in educational delivery.

Our courses can be completed as a blended learning option with at home self-paced study using our Online Learning Platform and the practical element delivered in our Glasgow Training Centre.
We also offer the option of online-only as a distance learning option with live training online to add that next level of support and encouragement.

All of our courses have been built to allow students to learn at home at their own pace with the online element before attending the live practical training days.
Everyone learns at their own pace and we wanted students to be able to get as much hands-on practical experience during live days. The online modules are designed to help you feel ready to get hands-on right away by equipping you with so much knowledge before your live training sessions with your tutor.
Business, marketing and theory courses can be studied via distance learning, see course information for exact course delivery structure.

We don’t put a number on the number of resits as every person takes information onboard differently. We will identify areas you might be struggling with and provide further support for you to help with that particular area of the course.
PLEASE NOTE – If you have any additional learning needs, we ask for this information during the course registration online form. We do this so we can make sure the support you require is provided and this information is treated with confidence.

Absolutely, we teach you everything you need to know to start working as a hair extensionist on completion and our certificates will allow you to obtain industry-standard insurance.
The online learning platform comes with lifetime access. We want you to be able to look back and refresh your knowledge at any point in your new career. We set a time limit of 6 months for you to complete the online theory and practical to encourage you to schedule the time to complete the work and earn your qualification.
We will also drop bonus materials in the future that we want you to be able to take advantage of.
For the live training sessions, you can book them in at a time that suits your existing life/work commitments. The earlier the better, so you can get practical hands-on experience and perfect your new skills.

TRAVELLING INFORMATION –
Driving – We are based on the main road in Clydebank, 15 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport and a 20-minute drive from Glasgow City Centre.
Our training centre is directly above the street-facing estate agent Calediona Bureau. Parking is restricted for staff due to limited space, although street parking is available.
By Train – We are a short 5-minute walk from Clydebank Train Station.
